Today starts our July Challenge! ROMWOD everyday baby!
If you're feeling beat up from the week you can use today as an active recovery day. You can modify/scale the dips so they aren't too strenuous (save those shoulders if you're doing Murph tomorrow!) No need to go super heavy on the Deadlifts or KB swings.
EMOM - 10 Minutes
5 Strict Ring Dips
