Group Warm Up
Every 6 minutes, for 36 minutes (6 sets) of:
Run 400 Meters
8 Toes to Bar
8 Strict Handstand Push-Ups or L-Seated DB Press
Note times for each set, and add them for total working time.
This is a repeat from 1-Apr, check your time and try to beat it!
