Group Warm Up + Snatch / Overhead Squat Warm Up Chipper - For Time 50 Wall Balls (20/14) 40 Bar over burpees 30 Dead Lifts (135/95) 20 Front Squats (115/85) 10 Power Snatches (115/85) 5 Overhead Squats (115/85) *X45 Competitors - this is based off of Event 4.
