*Start with one of each movement and increase by 1 rep each round. All three partners will perform all the movements each round, switch every movement. For Example - A does 1 TGU, then B does 1 TGU, then C does 1 TGU, then A does 1 MM, etc. 1:2 work to rest ratio.
