Group Warm Up
Flight Simulator - 15min Cap
Start at 5 unbroken double unders and increase by 5 until you get to 50, then come back down the same way. You can only proceed to the next number when you complete the previous number unbroken. You can have as many attempts as you like.
Advanced: 5 rep increments to 50
Intermediate: 3 rep increments to 30
Novice: 1 rep increments to 10
Start your return trip down if you haven't already at the halfway to the cap point.
