It's a simple one this week. Head out, get warmed up, and go on a 20min run. See how much distance you can cover in this time and log it to Zen Planner.
But what if I can't run for 20min? No worries, go move in a forwardly direction for 20min! Jog what you can and if you need a break slow it down to a walk.
