CrossFit Lah Workout of the Day - 9 July 2017
WOD - 6x3min w/ 45s Rest
Try to find a flat area. Set your watch for 3min and run at an easy/moderate pace. Can you match the same pace on the subsequent rounds? After the first round continue running that same distance back/forth. Start a stopwatch and stop it each time when you hit the end point - does it read exactly 3min?
