60 Thrusters (115/85#)
60 Partner Burpees
60 Front Rack Lunges (115/85#)
60 Partner Sit-ups
60 Shoulder to Overhead (115/85#)
Barbell movements are performed by 1 partner at a time. If the barbell touches the flooor before the exercise is complete, both partners go out for a 100m run. Barbell reps are shared by the cumulative amount completed by each partner.
Runs, burpees, and stiups are performed together. Both partners will complete 60 reps at the same time.
