Find 1RM of:
Be safe. Instruct in the beginning on how to fail lifts (back squat and press mainly.) Have people practice dumping the back squat at a medium weight mid session. Be SAFE! This is CrossFit Total with proper form, if form goes to shit stop the lift. Be SAFE!
