Group Warm Up
Strength-Every 2min and 30s - 5 Rounds
3 Front Squat - 33X1
Increase weight each round. Priority is tempo/pause timing over weight.
3s down, 3s at the bottom, accelerate up as fast as possible.
Quick reset of the breath at the top between reps.

Toes to Bar
DB Overhead Lunge (50/35#)
Choose a weight that you can maintain a good overhead position with locked out elbows.
Accessory-3 x 8-12 reps: DB Bench Press
