Strength-Deadlifts @ 4012
4 reps - E3MOM - 15min
Start light and add weight each round if tempo/technique can be maintained.
4s to lower the weight (eccentric phase)
0s at the floor (touch and go)
1s to raise the weight (concentric phase - come up fast/controlled)
2s at the top (isometric - hold it at full extension)
You begin with the bar on the ground.
