“Batman and Robin” – 26 minute AMRAP Teams of two One round each partner: Partner A - 400M Run Partner B - max reps of Hang Power Cleans + Jerks (135, 95) Switch when Partner A completes the run One round each partner: Partner A - 400M Run Partner B - max reps of Back squats (135, 95) Switch when Partner A completes the run One round each partner: Partner A - 400M Run Partner B - max reps of Double Unders Switch when Partner A completes the run One round each partner: Partner A - 400M Run Partner B - max reps of Burpees Switch when Partner A completes the run If above is completed in less than 26 minutes, start over and continue until the 26-minute cap.
