Every two minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets) of: Push Press x 3-4 reps For A/B the athletes should only add weight if they can hit 4 reps. With the additional weight they should be able to hit at least 3. C. 12 minute AMRAP 20 Weighted Step Ups (24/20") 10 Burpee Pull-Ups (pull-up bar 6-10″ above standing reach)
