CrossFit Fitness Vs Performance

PERFORMANCEGeared towards the more technical and skill based movements, these workouts are often more suited to those with a slightly older “training age” or those that have been around CrossFit or a gym for longer than a year or two. You’ll see movements like the snatch and muscle-up as well as a lot more time spent resting or working on technical drills. This program is best for those trying to be competitive in CrossFit or who enjoy the challenge of learning new skills.

FITNESSDesigned to work a variety of energy, neurological, and muscle systems, these workouts will guarantee that anyone will get in a challenging and well-rounded exercise session. We incorporate functional movements, tempo and control work, and minimal rest. This program is best for those that want to lose weight, gain muscle, be fitter, or simply look better naked!

RoofitAn odd name for an odd class! We utilize our scenic rooftop space for a fitness packed hour. This is a rain or shine class that is open to any experience level. The workouts will be designed with an eclectic mix of odd objects, CrossFit, strongman, and bodyweight training. We’ll use sleds, KB/DBs, carries, GHD exercises, and more. If it rains we may get wet, but who cares?
