Visiting Malaysia and looking to Drop-In for a WOD?
You're welcome to join us at CrossFit Lah! Please note that you will need to have completed a Fundamentals or Onramp program or have had a minimum of 6 months experience at an affiliated CrossFit gym. Athletes can select your preferred class time on our calendar and sign up with the Drop-In option. You'll need to create a login in order to reserve.
Please note that reservations are only available 7 days in advance and should be cancelled at least two hours prior. The bill will automatically be generated upon booking, but you can pay when you come in for the class (we accept cash or local bank transfer - we do not have a credit card machine.) If you need to cancel the reservation just drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll get it fixed up in the system.
We have lockers and changing rooms at the gym. Showers are available and we provide hair/body wash. You’ll need to bring your own towel.
