To empower & inspire youths to create a kind, happy, resilient and healthy community with a growth mindset, coupled with lots of fun! The Lah Youth fitness program includes weekly in-person classes along with follow-up workouts that can be done at home. Our goal is to educate youths on the importance of living a happy and healthy life through exercise and improvement in lifestyle habits. The program will operate based on current MCO SOPs.

It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can't. The best thing we can do is make them strong. Through our CrossFit Lah Kid's fitness program your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence. Unlike anything we've seen elsewhere.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenge, and equipment. By using a fun combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to love exercise.
