Skill Session |

For our current members, a 30-minute session to work on a specific CrossFit skill with one of our qualified coaches. These sessions will be tailor suited to the athlete’s current ability and we’ll provide specific coaching and advice on how to progress. Example options would include Double Unders, Snatches, Pull-ups, Muscle-ups, etc.
