PT   PACKAGES


We offer single sessions or 10-packs of Private Training. These 60-minute sessions can be designed to work on your specific goals and can be scheduled based on your availability.

FUNDaMENTALS   PT


Our Fundamentals Private Training option is by far the best way to get started. We will customize the sessions specifically for you so that we can cover a variety of material, movements, technique, theory, etc. moving you into a normal class quicker and with more experience and skill.

Skill  Session


A 30-minute session to work on a specific CrossFit skill with one of our qualified coaches. These sessions will be tailor suited to the athlete’s current ability and we’ll provide specific coaching and advice on how to progress. Example options would include Double Unders, Snatches, Pull-ups, Muscle-ups, etc.

(Just keep in mind that the higher the level of the skill, the more base strength/mobility/ability you’ll need to have to learn it.  We’re not going to be able to teach you how to get a muscle-up if you don’t yet have a pull-up, but we can layout a plan for you to get there.)
