ABOUT US
Owned and operated by an American couple who have made Malaysia their home. We are both lifelong athletes that fell in love with Southeast Asia, CrossFit, and what a local CrossFit community has to offer. Over the last few years we’ve had the privilege to build our dream gym. A place where friends come to work out together, improve on their physical skills, and get the bodies and minds that they want. Our goal is for your hour at our gym to be the best hour of your day.
We believe that health and fitness is a lifelong journey rather than a destination to be achieved. High quality, safe, and efficient movement is our first priority in all of the athletes we coach. We help our members to work towards their maximum potential as human machines; beginning at a level that is appropriate to their current abilities. Exercise is massively important to living a happy and healthy life, though lifestyle habits can play an even more important role. Quality nutrition, ample sleep, manageable stress, and adequate hydration are key components to achieving goals in and out of the gym. We strive to provide our members with the education required to make healthy choices as well as offer individualized nutrition coaching. |
