You’ll be participating in four one-on-one personal training sessions, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, your coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit classes you will move to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
