About Coach

The tipping point of my fitness journey started when I signed up for the local swim team. That was one of the best decisions of my life as it exposed me to the discipline of training and the mindset that everything is achievable as long as I put effort into it. Now, I aspire to empower and inspire youth through CrossFit to be happy, and resilient and know that sky is the limit, as long as they put their heart into it.

Turning Point

Nationwide lockdown in 2020 gave me the opportunity to think: if not now, when? I started off by conducting online fitness sessions with my friends and their families with the goal of keeping everyone moving despite the pandemic. The casual online fitness session slowly morphed into our Lah Youth and the community we are today at CrossFit Lah.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose is to inspire individuals, especially youths to stretch their own definition of success. Their success includes but is not limited to happiness, health, fitness, academics, and career. My daily motivation is the shiny eyes of our members when they surprised themselves after unlocking a new movement or achieved a new PR :)
