About Coach

Being in the fitness industry for the last 13 years, my training philosophy has evolved a few times, and I believe it will continue to evolve. Growing up, sports have been an integral part of my life, playing everything from ball sports to racket sports, individual and team events. Til this day, I am still actively pursuing these games regularly. Since starting Crossfit, I've participated in a few local and one international competition. Best achievement so far is coming in 3rd in 2 of those competitions.
